BCD Travel Hotel Program
The BCD Travel Hotel Program complements our customers' own negotiated programs by providing additional coverage in markets where negotiated programs do not exist. This supplementary program is offered at no additional cost to BCD Travel customers. The BCD Travel Hotel Program offers a comprehensive selection of more than 25,000 properties spanning 131 countries and 5 continents, with over 90 percent of the properties now offering Best Available Rate (BAR) pricing. Hotels participating in the BCD Travel Hotel Program are obligated to offer the BCD rate code at parity (equal to or less than any other travel management group or channel).
In addition to discounted rates, many participating hotels include value-added features or amenities, allowing travelers to realize savings off their total travel expense. The following indicates the percentage of hotels within the BCD Travel Hotel Program offering the most commonly included features:
